All Parts and Accessories identified on this site as Genuine GM Parts and/or Accessories come with a full factory warranty as long as they are used in the United States and are installed according to the manufactures guidelines.

Prices listed do not include installation. To ensure your warranty remains valid, please have your local GM dealer install your part and/or accessories.

In order to obtain the pricing shown on ShopChevyParts.com you must enter your order using the shopping cart system provided on this site. We are unable to process email or phone orders.

ShopChevyParts.com uses a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) server to process orders.

RETURNS POLICY
ShopChevyParts.com will only return items that:

Are in original and UNMARKED packaging (unless defective).
Have all original instructions, paperwork, and hardware received.
Do not have missing parts.
Are in re-sellable condition.

ChevyPartsPlus.com must be notified of any parts being exchanged or returned within 10 days of receiving the merchandise.

RETURNS TO SHOPCHEVYPARTS.COM WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

A 10% restocking fee will be charged on all non-defective merchandise returned. The restocking fee may be waived if exchanging an item of the same or greater value.

Electronics (Navigation Radios, Tire Pressure Monitor Sensors, 2-Way Advanced Remote Systems, etc.) that have been opened (broken seal or package) cannot be returned.
