This product arrived today and I am very happy with the purchase, here is a quick breakdown: Product - very strong and durable steel with thick and secure locking mechanism. Install - Simple. remove old rubber bottom, remove 2 bolts and 4 screws (for the side pen holders), drop in the safe and re-secure the bolts and screws, there is a fitting foam piece that goes in the bottom over the screws. There is a rubber finish piece that goes along the edge of the safe. This is also easy to push in but using a small screw driver to line up the rubber pegs to the holes is helpful. Programming your code is also very simple. Instructions - if you need them, they are very detailed and easy to follow. MY ONLY SUGGESTION - the bottom of your console has a small rubber mat that you won't need anymore. I made a template of the lock and cut it out and placed that rubber mat on top of the safe so stuff you put on top wouldn't rattle, another option would be to glue small outdoor carpet on it as well. Overall I am extremely happy with this item and the price....highly recommend !!
