Delivery Information

DELIVERY INFORMATION:

Delivery times vary according to your selected delivery address, availability of your items and the time of day you place your order. A signature may be required for delivery.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE (EDD)

The Estimated Delivery Date is listed for every order and is an estimate of when the item will arrive according to the shipper (UPS, FedEx, etc.). We work hard to ship every order as quickly as possible, products for vehicles not currently in production and more popular items may have longer ship times.

Occasionally, we will confirm ship and delivery times, then learn we are unable to fulfill the order due to low product availability. In these rare cases, we will notify by email of the new ship and delivery times.

SHIPPING COST

The cost for shipping is calculated and displayed on the Checkout page before you complete your order. Please note that shipping costs are calculated by the carrier (UPS, FedEx, etc.) based upon the product size and weight, your ship to address and our warehouse location.

You can find delivery costs at checkout, on the Order Confirmation email and online when you view your order on the Order History page.

WHAT NEXT?

Once your order is placed, we send information about your order by email. If you have not received an email, please check your junk mail or spam mailbox before contacting us.

ORDER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

The order acknowledgement email provides a summary of the items on your order. You can view your order status online at the Order History page.

SHIPMENT NOTIFICATION

We'll send a shipment notification email when the item leaves our warehouse. This email includes the carrier name, tracking number, and a delivery date. You can obtain the tracking number on the Order History page then use the number shown to track your package on the carrier's website.

DAMAGED PACKAGE

Please note that you must report any damage within 48 hours to the shipping company (UPS at 1-800-742-5877 or FedEx at 1- 800-463-3339) in order to start a shipping damage claim. Additionally, please visit SUPPORT TICKET and "Submit a Ticket" to report any damage to ensure that we are able to follow-up and provide supporting documents and replacement information, where applicable.
