  • All Parts and Accessories identified on this site as Genuine GM Parts and/or Accessories come with a full factory warranty as long as they are used in the United States and are installed according to the manufactures guidelines. GM (Chevrolet, Buick, GMC and Cadillac) Accessories installed by an authorized GM Dealer will be covered, parts and labor, for the longer of the following: a) 12 months/12,000 miles (whichever comes first), or b) the balance of the applicable portion of the New Vehicle Limited Warranty. See your dealer for details. Accessories (i) purchased at a dealership (but not installed by a dealer), (ii) shipped directly to a customer, or (iii) not requiring installation, will receive the standard GM Dealer Parts Warranty of 12 months from the date of purchase, parts only, regardless of miles. Warranty coverage evaluations and claims are handled and processed by your local dealership.
  • Prices listed do not include installation. To ensure your warranty remains valid, please have your local GM dealer validate application and install your part and/or accessories. Costs related to the installation or removal of any products listed on ShopChevyParts.com are the responsibility of the customer. ShopChevyParts.com is not responsible for labor costs related to errors, incorrect application or omissions on products.
  • Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice. ShopChevyParts.com cannot be responsible for errors and omissions. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and ShopChevyParts.com reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, ShopChevyParts.com will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account.
  • Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. ShopChevyParts.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. In order to obtain the pricing shown on ShopChevyParts.com you must enter your order using the shopping cart system provided on this site. We are unable to process email or phone orders.
  • ShopChevyParts.com uses a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) server to process orders.

RETURNS POLICY

  • We only accept returns for uninstalled items
  • We require original and UNMARKED packaging (unless defective)
  • We require original instructions, paperwork, and hardware as received
  • We require complete product, cannot be missing parts
  • We require product in re-sellable condition

ShopChevyParts.com must be notified of any parts being exchanged or returned within 10 days of receiving the merchandise except during December when extended to December 31.


RETURNS TO SHOPCHEVYPARTS.COM WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

  • A 10% restocking fee will be charged on all non-defective merchandise returned. The restocking fee may be waived if exchanging an item of the same or greater value.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for any shipping cost to return products.
  • Electronic Accessories (Navigation Radios, Tire Pressure Monitor Sensors, Remote Start Systems, Rear Seat Entertainment, etc.) including products which include an authorization code for a Vehicle Configuration Index (VCI) or Vehicle Emissions Control Information (VECI) Label CANNOT be returned once the box has been opened (including cut box, broken seal or package tape).
