Add the ultimate braking performance to your Next Generation Yukon with this Brembo® 6-Piston Performance Front Brake Kit in Red from GMC. This Genuine GMC Accessories Front Brake Upgrade Kit features Red Brembo® six-piston, fixed aluminum calipers and larger-than-stock Duralife™ rotors. The Red Brembo® calipers feature the GMC Performance Logo and are pre-loaded with brake pads which increase the brake pad area 88%. The Duralife™ rotors feature a hardened surface and provide a 22% increase in rotor area to 410mm x 32mm (16.1-inch x 1.3-inch). This rotor and pad design increases the thermal capacity while reducing corrosion and providing quieter braking with less vibration. This factory option (5JL) Brembo® 6-Piston Front Brake package includes all the necessary hardware for the driver- and passenger-side with installation instructions.

• NOTE: The brake pad life system (ePWI) must be turned off. This is necessary because the Performance Brake Package is equipped with brake pads without electronic wear sensors. When the system is turned off, the front and rear brake pad life percentages will not display. However, the built-in wear indicators that make a high-pitched warning sound when the brake pads are worn can still determine when the pads should be replaced.
• NOTE: This 6-Piston Performance Brake Package was designed and engineered to fit within a 20" or 22" wheel. As such, the standard 17" Spare will no longer fit over the front brakes once the kit is installed. For this reason, if a front tire goes flat, the spare tire will need to be installed in the rear location and the rear (20" or 22") wheel/tire will need to be moved to the front.
